Island Wide Entertainment FAQ
We recommend you book your date 3-4 weeks in advance to insure that you can save your party date! Unlike some companies, we do not sub-contract to any 3rd-party entertainment companies, so availability is limited. We recommend booking your party as soon as you know the date and time of your event.
We currently service the Suffolk and Nassau County area of Long Island New York.
  • At the time of booking we require a $100 deposit, this secures your party date and time.
  • Once the deposit is received we will put together a contract which will include the details of your event and a confirmation E-Mail will be sent that your event is booked and your date is saved.
  • The contract will then be Mailed to you via the U.S. Postal service.
  • Please review and sign the contract and return the “strudio copy” to us, via US Postal Service.
  • The remaining balance is due the day of the party before the start of the entertainment.
Yes! We will do our very best to help, however due to staff availability we may not be able to attend the party! In the case of emergencies we recommend E-Mailing as well as calling us immediately. This will insure that we will receive your message as soon as possible.

Our “premier packages” are specifically built for parties of up to 15, 25, and 35 children. We do this so we can have a standard package for just about any party! Of course these packages can be changed and customized to fit your needs. You can also use our “Build Your Own” page to completely customize your party to your specific needs. Customary gratuity ranges between 15% and 20% of the total package price of your party. Gratuity is NOT included in your package price.
We take great care when we hire our employees. Unlike some companies that just hire anyone to fill space to book as many parties as possible, we only hire applicants that have experience in the performing arts, and/or the children’s entertainment industry. We do this to maintain quality. We know performers are going to love performing! We know they are going to be out-going and personable. And that is instrumental in providing quality entertainment.
